As a follow-up to Colonel Jones’ letter, the below Google Form is being distributed to all retirees who may be interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccination from the Maryland State Police.
This survey is only intended to determine which retirees are interested in receiving the vaccine from the Maryland State Police. Receiving a vaccination is not guaranteed at this time; therefore, we are continuing to encourage all retirees to seek vaccination opportunities at their local health department.
The form below must be completed by Friday 2/26.
