The Maryland State Police held its 102nd Anniversary Event this morning. A birthday cake ceremony was held where the first piece of cake was presented to Guest of Honor, Lt. Colonel Delaine M. Brady, Acting Superintendent. The second piece was presented to the oldest Trooper present, Retired Lt. Colonel Frank Mazzone.

Lt.Col. Mazzone then passed the cake to the youngest Trooper present, Trooper Robertas Skutovas. Following the ceremony, the MSP Museum 2023 Winter Exhibition, East to West, was presented by Lt. Earl Starner from Berlin Barrack and Lt. Jeremy Stonebraker from Cumberland Barrack: A Home Away from Home–the significance of the MSP Berlin and Cumberland Barracks to the people of Maryland was unveiled.
