Today, we mourn the loss of a historical giant within the Maryland State Police. Overnight, Lieutenant (Retired) Douglas DeLeaver lost a courageous battle with a long-term illness. Doug joined the Maryland State Police on January 5, 1970 and retired on July 1, 1992.

Scholarships 2024

Congratulations to all our 2024 Scholarship winners! There were over 70 applications submitted this year and all were excellent contenders. We were able to give out 38 dependent scholarships and 1 member scholarship for a total in awards of $19,500.
