A retirement celebration honoring Sergeant Julio Valcarcel, Jr. will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the Woodsboro American Legion, 101 Elizabeth Street, Woodsboro, MD 21798. Cost is $25 per person. Checks can be mailed 10694 Salem Ave, Thurmont MD 21788 or dropped off with Ellen Davis at the Information Technology Division.
