Gahler after nearly three decades of loyal and dedicated service to the citizens of Maryland and the Maryland State Police. Jeff’s luncheon will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at the Bayou Restaurant, 927 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, Maryland, 21078.
