MSPAA Memorial Service Meeting

Note: Rooms are $64.00 per night plus tax (same as last year) Call for room reservation 1-800-523-2888 and refer to MSPAA by August 17, 2012. You may cancel 72 hours prior to 3 PM on September 13, 2012. Call ASAP. The rooms will be taken rapidly as the hotel is busy for this period.
$23.00 per person, per meal if paid by Friday, September 3, 2012 – $27.00 per person, per meal if paid at the door.
Sunday – Hospitality room will open at 3 PM. Registration and cash bar at 6 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM. You can select either Breast of Chicken Oscar stuffed with crabmeat and asparagus or Roast Prime Rib of Beef. Entrees will be served with tossed garden salad, fresh fruit, twice-baked potoatoes, squash medley with lemon cake for dessert.
Monday – We will have a Luncheon Buffet at 12 Noon. The Eastern Shore Buffet will consist of a tossed garden salad, fresh fruit, fried chicken, broiled flounder, cauliflower, and broccoli au gratin and an apple crisp for dessert. Dinner is on your own.
Tuesday – There will be a Continental Breakfast at 8:30 AM followed by the MSPAA Memorial Service at 9:30 AM.
Send meal reservations and checks by September 3, 2012. Checks should be made payable to the MSPAA and mailed to the Maryland State Police Alumni Association, C/O Mr. Kenneth R. Harry, 18710 Falls Road, Hampstead, Maryland 21074.
Members (active, retired and former) of the MSP Aviation Division will be in OC immediately prior to our affair. They have been invited to join us.
