We regret to inform you of the death of William E. Cummings, Sr., father of Retired Sgt. William E. Cummings, Jr., on September 19, 2014, at the House of Pines Nursing Home in Easton, Maryland. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cummings family. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
