On November 4, 2015, Richard Frederick Smith Jr., of Parkville, former husband of Kim Smith; devoted father of Richard Scott and Shelby Lynn; dear brother of Kathryn Cook, Troy Smith, Michael and Brian Muffoletto; loving grandfather of Lucas Smith. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor Richard’s life at family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Sunday, November 8, 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where a funeral service will be held 11AM Monday. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
