On November 1, 2015, Paul Leo Winebrener, a retired First Lieutenant from the MD State Police Department, and beloved husband of 61 years to Jean S. Winebrener (nee Braun); devoted father of Patricia Anne Brown and her husband David, and Barbara J. Vincent and her husband Jim; loving grandfather of Heather Capozzi and her husband Brian, Britney Brown, and Jimmy and Daniel Vincent; dear great-grandfather of Jayden Steven Capozzi. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Catherine Winebrener, and his brothers Robert and William Winebrener, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair Road, Nottingham, on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 am. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
