We regret to inform you of the passing of retired Lieutenant Patrick M. Doolan, age 87. Lt. Doolan entered the police academy on October 1, 1946 and retired on July 1, 1984. His last assignment was serving as the Commander of Security Barrack. “Pat”, as he was known by many, passed away on March 26, 2012. A viewing will be on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, Md. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment is private. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
