We regret to inform you of the death of Mrs. Shirley Howard, President of the Children’s Cancer Foundation on August 14, 2013. Miss Shirley has worked tirelessly over the years to further research into combating childhood cancer and has been a friend and advocate of the Maryland State Police and the Troopers Association. She was always there to assist us when we needed her help. Our thoughts and prayers are with Shirley’s family and friends at this difficult time. On August 14, 2013, Shirley Howard (nee Brager); beloved wife of the late William Howard; loving mother of Douglas Bragan, Diane Perry and Linda Howard; devoted sister of the late Harry (Miriam) and Norman (Leona) Brager; loving grandmother of Chana Esther (Avi) Fogel and Alex (Debbie) Perry; adored great grandmother of Miri, Chaim, Leah, Nosson Tzvi and Dina Fogel and Elliott Perry.
Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Friday, August 16, at 10 am. Interment Arlington Cemetery – Chizuk Amuno Congregation N. Rogers Ave.
