We regret to inform you of the death of Delaware State Police Lieutenant Retired William A. Willey, brother of Retired MSP Sergeant Jim Willey and MSP Retired Sergeant Jonathan Willey. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Willey family at this difficult time. Funeral arrangements have been made at Short Funeral Home, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, DE 19947. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a funeral service to follow. Interment will be at the Veteran’s Cemetery in Millsboro, DE at 2:00 PM.
